  • 2-year warranty on replaced parts— Any part we replace while you have the maintenance plan, comes with a 2-year parts and labor warranty.

What’s included in the 14-point maintenance visits?

Cooling system checks:

  1. Check refrigerant and operating pressures
  2. Check voltage and amperage
  3. Check the air temperature drop across evaporator.
  4. Check for possible leaks
  5. Check superheat and sub cooling.
  6. Lubricate all necessary parts
  7. Check run capacitor
  8. Replace air filter-1” disposable
  9. Check wiring for loose connections
  10. Check wiring
  11. Clean condenser coil if necessary
  12. Check thermostat. adjust if needed
  13. Check air temperature across condenser coil
  14. Check that condensate drain is open

Heating system checks:

  1. Pull burners and clean (gas furnace only)
  2. Check operating pressures (heat pump only)
  3. Check for gas or refrigerant leaks
  4. Inspect heat exchanger
  5. Carbon monoxide testing
  6. Check temperature rise across furnace.
  7. Replace air filter-1” disposable
  8. Check flue and safety devices
  9. Check run capacitor
  10. Check gas pressure and adjust if needed
  11. Check thermostat and adjust as needed
  12. Check blower, oil and clean if needed
  13. Pull pilot and clean if applicable
  14. Check voltage and amperages.

  • One heating and cooling system: $155.00
  • Additional systems: $115.00 each
  • Whole-home humidifier: $20.00
  • Whole-home air cleaner: $35.00
