“My husband and I returned home at 10:30pm, on a Saturday night, to our AC being out. It was 111 degrees that day and the entire next week was going to be triple digits. Our house was already 81 degrees and it was still 95 outside. We called Dunco and got an answer right away, a tech called back within 10 minutes and said he could be at our house at 7am the next morning (a Sunday.). He called when he was ten minutes away, arrived twenty minutes before promised and had us running within 30 minutes that morning. He was so kind and fairly priced. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! We had a friend who’s AC also went out and had been out for 13 hours without even a response from anyone who immediately called Dunco herself after hearing our great experience. We’ll definitely use them again.”
